The NMC Technology Outlook: 2012 New Zealand Edition Wiki

Horizon Reports

Welcome to the workspace for the Horizon.NZ Project, the place for the members of the Horizon.NZ Advisory Board to manage the process of selecting the topics for the NMC Technology Outlook: 2012 New Zealand Edition, a Regional Horizon Report. This first edition of the report is a collaboration between The New Media Consortium, the New Zealand Ministry of Education, Ako Aotearoa, the Australasian Council on Open, Distance and E-Learning (ACODE), and the Distance Education Association of New Zealand (DEANZ). This year, the report will be published in late November, 2011. The report focuses on emerging technology and its applications for tertiary education (broadly defined) in New Zealand.

Horizon.NZ is a project that applies the process developed for the New Media Consortium's Horizon Project with a focus on emerging technologies for tertiary institutions in New Zealand. Members of the New Zealand education community are encouraged to follow the Advisory Board's progress as the discussion unfolds and to use the wiki as a resource and reference tool.
